    Obsessed!! Amazing customer service!

I received the Alice handbag as a gift and it is even more stunning in person & fits so so much! Unfortunately after a couple weeks a few threads started to come a little loose but upon contacting the Arms of eve team about this concern, they were prompt, friendly and exceeded my customer service expectations. They sent a replacement bag same day which left me knowing they take pride in their products.

Can’t wait to use this bag for years to come!
